§ 94.09 ADMISSION CHARGES TO CITY SWIMMING POOL FACILITIES; ATTENDANTS.
   (A)   The charges for admission to the city swimming pool facilities shall be as from time to time established by Council by ordinance, a copy of which shall be maintained on file at the swimming pool office.
   (B)   All such charges shall be collected by attendants at the gate of the pool and facilities; and those attendants shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council.
   (C)   Season passes shall be sold at the gate of the pool and at the City Building, by the City Treasurer.
