§ 93.45 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEMONSTRATION. A group of three or more persons assembled together and acting in concert to call attention of the public to their opposition to, support of, or position with respect to any political, social or other controversial subject; but nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to apply to persons lawfully engaged in picketing in any orderly manner.
   PARADE. Any parade, march or other procession of six or more persons for the purpose of calling attention of the public thereto.
