§ 93.20 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall cut into or otherwise damage or excavate any street, sidewalk or public place within the city for the purpose of connecting property with water, sewer or gas lines thereunder, or for any other purpose, except pursuant to a permit as provided in this subchapter.
