§ 90.23 OBSERVATION OF DOG WHICH HAS BITTEN A PERSON.
   Every person owning or harboring a dog in the city, whether licensed or unlicensed, which shall bite any person shall forthwith place the dog, at the owner’s expense, in the custody and care of a licensed veterinarian and comply with the provisions of § 90.13(A).
