§ 90.20 PROHIBITED INTERFERENCE WITH POUND.
   No person, without proper authority, shall release or cause to be released, any animal or fowl impounded pursuant to this subchapter, or to in any way interfere with the operation or maintenance of the place of impoundment designated by the city or molest or injure any animal or fowl therein impounded.
