§ 90.19 IMPOUNDMENT NOT TO BAR PROSECUTION.
   Neither the impoundment of an animal or fowl nor the sale thereof nor the payment of any redemption fee shall serve to bar prosecution of any person for the violation of any provisions of this subchapter which may have resulted in such impoundment.
