§ 90.10 FARM ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE, PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall allow any horse, mule, jack, hog, goat, cow, jennet, ox, sheep or other cattle or barn-yard animal or for any fowl or poultry to be at large in the city, and any such animal, fowl or poultry found in violation of this section shall be subject to impoundment as provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   All such animals, fowl and poultry shall be restricted to the premises of their owners or persons in charge, and no owner or person in charge of any such animal, fowl or poultry shall permit it to run at large in violation of division (A) above or shall permit it to be upon the premises of another without the consent of such other person; provided that nothing in this section shall be construed to permit any person to keep, harbor or maintain within the town any pig, hog, shoat or other animal within the category of swine.
