(A) No owner, occupant or person in charge of any lot or premises within the city shall breed, raise, keep or maintain or permit to be bred, raised, kept or maintained thereon, any hog, pig or swine.
(B) No owner, occupant or person in charge of any lot or premises within the city shall keep, maintain, or permit to be kept or maintained thereon, any hog sty, hog pen or other structure or enclosure of like kind used for the purpose of keeping, herding and feeding hogs.
