§ 90.06 HUNTING OR MOLESTING ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle or any other means within the corporate limits of the municipality.
   (B)   No person shall pursue or molest in any manner, any animal, bird or fowl within the corporate limits of the city, except that any legally constituted enforcement officer or other person designated by the Chief of Police may hunt, pursue, catch and kill in an humane manner any nuisance animals.
