(A) No person, either as a driver or owner of such vehicle, shall cause to be parked or permitted to be parked any tractor, tractor trailer or tank truck on any street in the city zoned as a residential area, except for loading and unloading.
(B) No person shall park any truck, trailer or other vehicle of a total outside width, including any load thereon of more than 76 inches or a total height, including any load thereon, of more than 78 inches on any street or highway within the city for a period of time longer than two hours. Permission may be granted by the Chief of Police in emergency or special situations.
(C) On narrow streets, the Chief of Police may declare no parking areas when in his or her judgment such parking creates a hazard or unsafe conditions in front of or adjacent to driveways.
