For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DRIVER. The person operating and having physical control over the motorized cart.
MOTORIZED CART. An electric or gasoline-powered carts, commonly referred as a golf cart or utility vehicle (but excluding vehicles commonly referred to as four-wheelers and similar type of vehicles). They are designed for low speed operation. These are the only carts authorized for use under this subchapter.
