§ 70.156 DRIVING OVER FIRE HOSE.
   (A)   No vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of the Fire Department when laid down on any street or private driveway to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the Fire Department official in command.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500. Court costs as determined by the court shall be added to each conviction.
