§ 70.150 UNATTENDED MOTOR VEHICLE.
   (A)   No person driving or in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand unattended without first stopping the engine, locking the ignition, removing the key and effectively setting the brake thereon and, when standing upon any grade, turning the front wheels to the curb or side of the street or highway.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and for a first offense thereof shall be fined not more than $100; for a second such offense within one year thereafter, such person shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent offense, such person shall be fined not more than $500. Court costs as determined by the court shall be added to each conviction.
