§ 70.133 DRIVING ONTO ROADWAY FROM PRIVATE ROAD OR DRIVEWAY; DUTY TO YIELD.
   (A)   The driver of a vehicle about to enter or cross a street or highway from a private road or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the street or highway.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and for a first offense thereof shall be fined not more than $200; for a second such offense within one year thereafter, such person shall be fined not more than $400; and upon a third or subsequent offense, such person shall be fined not more than $600. Court costs as determined by the court shall be added to each conviction.
