§ 70.096 ENTERING AND EXITING CONTROLLED-ACCESS HIGHWAY.
   (A)   No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any controlled-access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500. Court costs as determined by the court shall be added to each conviction.
