§ 70.057 HAZARDOUS DRIVING.
   (A)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle without exercising reasonable and ordinary control over such vehicle.
   (B)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle in a weaving or zigzag course unless such irregular course is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.
   (C)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle without giving his or her full time and attention to the operation of such vehicle.
   (D)   Every person convicted of hazardous driving is guilty of a misdemeanor.
      (1)   Upon a first conviction thereof shall be fined no more than $50; and
      (2)   For a second such offense within one year thereafter, such person shall be fined an amount no more than $250; and
      (3)   Upon a third or subsequent offense, such person shall be shall be fined no more than $500;
      (4)   Plus for each conviction court costs to be determined by the court.
