§ 70.015 JURISDICTION OF MUNICIPAL COURT.
   The Municipal Court of the city shall have jurisdiction of all offenses under this traffic code and the Judge thereof shall have the power to assess and collect fines and costs from any person who fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this traffic code or with the rules and regulations of the Chief of Police made in conformity therewith.
