§ 31.055 BUDGET SYSTEM; FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS.
   The budgeting system and financial accounts and records of the city shall be as prescribed by Council in conformity with W. Va. Code Article 6-9; and the form and manner of keeping thereof shall be as approved or prescribed by the State Tax Commissioner in his or her ex officio capacity as Chief Inspector and Supervisor of Public Officers.
