(A) No person owning any occupied building within the city on premises accessible to the public sewage system shall erect, construct, use or maintain, or cause to be erected, used or maintained any privy, cesspool, sinkhole, septic tank or other such receptacle on such premises for receiving sanitary sewage.
(B) Any person who erects, constructs or maintains a privy, cesspool, sinkhole, septic tank or other receptacle for receiving sanitary sewage on any property within the city which is accessible to the public sewage system in violation of this section shall be punished as provided in § 51.99, and each day that any person shall continue the violation of any of the provisions of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
