§ 52.04 CONNECTIONS FOR BUILDINGS ON PREMISES WHICH HEREAFTER BECOME ACCESSIBLE.
   All persons owning any occupied building within the city upon premises which hereafter become accessible to the public sanitary sewerage system shall, at their own expense, make the connection with the public sanitary sewerage system within three months after notice to do so from the Sanitary Board or its authorized representative.
