§ 52.02 CONNECTIONS FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS.
   All persons owning any occupied building existing within the city, as of the effective date of this code, upon premises accessible to the public sanitary sewerage system shall, if not already connected, make connection with the sanitary sewerage system forthwith, at their own expense.
