§ 50.26 DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS.
   All accounts under this chapter shall be considered delinquent if not paid by the last day of each month for which the service is rendered. All delinquent accounts are subject to stoppage of service without notice. The Director shall cease all refuse collections for the delinquent accounts.
