§ 39.051 CITY TREASURER TO RECOMMEND CHANGE IN USER FEE AMOUNT.
   The City Treasurer shall annually, but no later than March 1, compose and provide to the City Council for Council’s authorization a schedule of fees to be imposed under this subchapter for the forthcoming fiscal year.
