Construction plans | $10/each required improvement $50 |
Final plat | $15/lot or $50 |
Inspection fee | 2% of required escrow deposit or performance bond. The inspection fee shall defray all reasonable costs for certification by City Engineer for review of plats, construction plans and other requirements and for final inspection of installed improvements. |
Preliminary plat | $10/lot or $50 |
Sketch plat | $5/lot or $25 |
Street signs | $50/approved sign |
