(A) On and after August 1, 2015, the name of each property owner that is delinquent in paying the municipal service fee shall be added to a list of other property owners who are delinquent in the payment of that fee.
(B) The City Treasurer shall prepare monthly the list of delinquent municipal service fee property owners, such listing to reflect the status of the municipal service fee accounts as of the first day of the month that payment of the municipal service fee is delinquent.
(C) The list of delinquent service fee property owners shall be posted monthly at City Hall and published in the newspapers.
