§ 37.20 RESERVE UNIT ESTABLISHED.
   A reserve fire unit is hereby established as an organizational unit of the city’s Fire Department and shall be headed by a Director who shall be a sworn, full-time member of the regular Fire Department, designated by the Mayor and Council.
