§ 36.064 PROHIBITED GIVING OF ARTICLES TO PRISONERS.
   No person shall deliver or make available to any prisoner lawfully confined in the city jail any intoxicating drink or any narcotic, drug or other article of any kind, without the permission of the City Jailer; provided, that this section shall not be applicable to any physician or registered nurse in providing medical care to a prisoner.
