§ 30.09 SERGEANT AT ARMS.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to attend all meetings of Council, or cause a competent police officer to do so, to serve as Sergeant at Arms and maintain order in the Council Chamber and in the immediate vicinity thereof; and to execute all lawful orders and process directed to him or her by Council or by its presiding officer.
