§ 36.021 SQUAD ORGANIZATION; APPOINTMENTS.
   The reserve police unit shall consist of a Reserve Lieutenant and three squads, each squad consisting of one Reserve Sergeant and four reserve patrol officers. The Reserve Lieutenant shall be appointed by the Chief of Police, and each Reserve Sergeant and reserve patrol officer shall be appointed from within the unit by the Director with the approval of the Chief of Police.
