§ 36.005 CIVIL SERVICE CONTINUED IN EFFECT.
   The appointment, promotion, reduction, removal and reinstatement of all officers (except the Chief of Police), police officers and other employees of the city’s Police Department on and after the effective date of the codified ordinances shall continue to be governed by the provisions of W. Va. Code Article 8-14.
