§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   If any such person was admitted to bail or released after being arrested for, charged or convicted of a misdemeanor and shall thereafter be convicted for a violation of the provision of § 35.20, such persons shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not to exceed state law or confined for a term not to exceed state law, or both such fine and confinement.
