Upon receipt of funds from the State Tax Department, the Municipal Court shall distribute applicable costs, fines, forfeitures and penalties owed to:
(A) The municipality;
(B) The Regional Jail Authority Fund;
(C) The Crime Victims Compensation Fund;
(D) The Community Corrections Fund;
(E) The Governor’s subcommittee on law-enforcement training; or
(F) Any other fund or payee that may be applicable.
