(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) No person shall violate or fail to comply with any of the rules or regulations made and promulgated by the Sanitary Board. Any person, on conviction of any such violation, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99. Each day that any person continues the violation of any of the rules and regulations made and promulgated by the Sanitary Board shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) (1) Any person who willfully obstructs the City Health Officer, or any public health nurse, sanitarian or any other person employed by the Municipal Board of Health and charged with the enforcement of any public health law, in the performance of that person’s legal duties in enforcing the law, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of an amount not to exceed state law.
(2) Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of §§ 32.025 to 32.034, or any of the rules or orders adopted or issued pursuant to the provisions, for which a penalty is not otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of an amount not to exceed state law.
