§ 155.01 CITY COUNCIL FINDINGS.
   (A)   W. Va. Code Chapter 8A, Article 3, as amended, describes the procedure to be followed when drafting a municipal comprehensive plan.
   (B)   The City Planning Commission followed the procedure described when it drafted the comprehensive plan for the city.
   (C)   In accordance with W. Va. Code 8A-3-7, the City Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 20, 2014, to respond to questions from the public relating to the comprehensive plan.
   (D)   In accordance with W. Va. Code 8A-3-7, the City Planning Commission approved the comprehensive plan on April 3, 2014.
   (E)   In accordance with W. Va. Code 8A-3-7, the City Planning Commission submitted the approved comprehensive plan to the City Council on April 15, 2014.
   (F)   On May 6, 2014, the City Council held a public hearing to respond to questions from the public relating to the comprehensive plan.
   (G)   On May 6, 2014, the City Council passed on first reading this ordinance adopting the comprehensive plan.
   (H)   On May 20, 2014, the City Council passed on second reading this ordinance adopting the comprehensive plan.
