The Executive Director is authorized to delegate authority to the General Counsel to settle any claim or lawsuit on any matter in a settlement amount not to exceed $150,000. All such settlements must be upon the written recommendation of two appropriate supervisors within the General Counsel’s office. The General Counsel is authorized to sign all documents necessary to effectuate this authority.
