§ 90.080 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
   The Executive Director is authorized to settle any claim or lawsuit on any matter in an amount not to exceed $500,000. All such settlements must be upon the written recommendation of each of the General Counsel, a senior supervisor and a qualified attorney within the General Counsel’s office.
