§ 90.003 TITLE USAGE.
   The use of titles such as “Executive Director”, “CEO/Executive Director”, “Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director” or any combination thereof on any document in the name of the NIRC executed and delivered by the Executive Director shall be deemed to have been executed and delivered in that officer’s capacity as Executive Director of the NIRC.
