(A) The Board hereby establishes a policy that requires the Executive Director to receive consent from the Board before the Executive Director exercises a waiver of or deviates from the vacation carry-over/buy-out, sick leave reserve cash-out, job postings or the revolving door policies or procedures set forth in the handbook.
(B) This policy shall become effective immediately.
