§ 36.155 THIRD PARTY RELIANCE.
   Any person receiving property from, delivering property to or having any other transaction with the plan-trustee is not required to consider the propriety of the acts of the plan-trustee or inquire into the application of the property or money received by the plan-trustee, as long as the person is acting in good faith.
