Notwithstanding any reference to the plan, the duties and obligations of the plan-trustee are limited to those expressly stated by the plan-trust declaration. The plan-trustee is not a party to the plan. The plan-trustee has no duty of any kind to read or have any knowledge of the plan. The plan-trustee shall act solely according to the provisions of the plan-trust declaration together with applicable law.
