§ 36.141 MISTAKEN CONTRIBUTIONS.
   Without consent by or notice to the plan-trustee, if any contribution (or any portion of a contribution) is made by the employer or an employer by a good faith mistake of fact as provided by the plan, upon receipt in good order of a proper request by the Plan Administrator or the employer, the agent may pay to the employer the amount so requested for the purpose of returning a mistaken contribution under the plan.
