§ 36.134 DEALINGS WITH THE PLAN-TRUSTEE.
   Any person or entity dealing with the plan-trustee has no obligation to inquire concerning the validity of anything the plan-trustee purports to do, nor any duty to see to the proper application of any money paid or any property transferred upon the request of the plan-trustee, nor any duty to inquire into the plan-trustee’s authority as to any transaction.
