§ 36.096 PLAN-TRUSTEE’S SPECIAL EXPENSES.
    In addition to (and not by limitation upon) any other provision of this plan-trust declaration concerning payment or reimbursement of plan-trust expenses, the plan-trustee shall have special expenses paid by the employer as provided below.
