§ 36.004 EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT.
   The plan and the plan-trust are established for the exclusive benefit of participants and their beneficiaries. Except as otherwise permitted by I.R.C. § 457(g), all assets and income of the plan shall be held for the exclusive benefit of the plan’s participants and their beneficiaries.
