§ 35.065 EMPLOYER’S RIGHT TO AMEND THE PLAN.
   The employer (including the Plan Administrator) has the right to amend the plan at any time. In considering or making any amendment, the employer acts solely as an employer and not as a fiduciary of any kind. The employer has the right to discontinue the plan at any time.
