§ 35.048 TRANSLATIONS.
   This plan or any part of it may be translated (at the sole discretion of the Plan Administrator) into or summarized in another language(s) for the convenience of certain employees. However, the original English language text of the plan shall control, and the translation of the plan has no effect in the construction of the plan.
