Each participant or beneficiary shall be responsible for furnishing the Plan Administrator (and the agent and the applicable issuer(s)) with his, her or its current address at all times. Any notice to a participant or beneficiary or alternate payee required or permitted to be given under this plan shall be deemed given if directed to the proper person at the current address in any plan (or investment) record and mailed or otherwise delivered to that address. This section shall not be construed to require the mailing or delivery of any notice otherwise permitted to be given by posting or by publication.
