§ 35.007 PLAN SERVICES.
   (A)   The Plan Administrator may contract with any person to provide services to assist in the administration of the plan. The Plan Administrator must make such contracts in compliance with the enabling statute and other applicable state and local law.
   (B)   Any person other than the Plan Administrator who performs services regarding the plan (including, but not limited to, the agent) is subject to the supervision and direction of the Plan Administrator, and does not have authority to control the operation of the plan.
   (C)   Any person other than the Plan Administrator who performs services regarding the plan (including, but not limited to, the agent) is entitled to rely upon any direction, instruction, information or action (or failure to act) of the Plan Administrator as being proper under this plan, and is not required to inquire into the propriety or correctness of any such direction, instruction, information or action.
