Except as prohibited by the enabling statute or other state or local law, the Plan Administrator may, except when expressly prohibited by this plan, delegate any of his or her duties to any employer, or to any officers, employees or agents of any kind. Except as prohibited by the enabling statute or other state or local law, the Plan Administrator may, except when expressly prohibited by this plan, contract any of his or her duties to the agent or otherwise.
