§ 35.004 PLAN ADMINISTRATOR IS RESPONSIBLE.
   The Plan Administrator is responsible for performing all duties required for the operation of the plan, and is responsible for supervising the performance of any other persons who may assist in the performance of the Plan Administrator’s responsibilities.
